PLR License Terms

Effective Date: June 17, 2025

PLR GO offers digital products under different types of licenses. Each product page will clearly state the license type. Please review the terms below to understand what you can and cannot do depending on the license.

🔹 License Types We Offer:

  • PLR (Private Label Rights): You can edit, rebrand, and resell the product. You may also offer PLR rights to your customers unless restricted on the product page.
  • MRR (Master Resell Rights): You can sell the product as-is and offer PLR or MRR to your customers. However, you may not recreate or resell our original MRR bundle offer.
  • Standard Use (No Resell Rights): Some products (like video trainings or exclusive digital courses) are sold for personal or business use only. These may not be edited, resold, or distributed in any form.

✅ What You Can Do (PLR products):

  • ✔️ Edit, rebrand, and modify the product
  • ✔️ Sell under your brand or business name
  • ✔️ Include in a course, program, or membership
  • ✔️ Use as a lead magnet or paid product

✅ What You Can Do (MRR products):

  • ✔️ Resell the product as-is or modified
  • ✔️ Offer it with PLR or MRR rights to your customers
  • ✔️ Include in paid bundles or digital shops

⚠️ Important MRR Restrictions:

  • 🚫 You may NOT copy or recreate our original MRR bundle as-is and market it as your own bundle
  • 🚫 You may NOT resell the bundle at a lower price than PLR GO's original pricing
  • 🚫 You may NOT advertise your MRR version using our product listing copy, graphics, or branding

❌ Prohibited Uses (All License Types):

  • ❌ Uploading products to freebie sites, public drives, or file-sharing platforms
  • ❌ Claiming copyright or registering our content as your own IP
  • ❌ Reselling “Standard Use” products (such as video courses) that clearly state no resell rights

🚫 Non-Resellable Products

Some items — including trainings, masterclasses, and select digital products — are for personal or business use only. These will be clearly marked as No Resell Rights and must not be copied, edited, or distributed.

Lifetime Access & Updates

Some products include free lifetime updates. However, PLR GO is not obligated to provide future updates and may add, remove, or modify files at any time. Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up their files after purchase.
