Welcome to PLR GO. By using this website digitalplrgo.com and purchasing any of our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products & Licensing

PLR GO sells digital products under different types of licenses. Each product page will clearly state whether it includes Private Label Rights (PLR), Master Resell Rights (MRR), or No Resell Rights.

PLR Products – What You CAN Do:

  • ✔️ Rebrand, edit, or modify the product.
  • ✔️ Sell it under your own brand to end users.
  • ✔️ Use it in a paid course, membership, or digital bundle.

PLR Products – What You CANNOT Do:

  • ❌ Sell the product with PLR rights included.
  • ❌ Allow your customers to resell the product.
  • ❌ Offer resale, giveaway, or Master Resell Rights (MRR).
  • ❌ Upload the product to free download or file-sharing sites.

MRR Products – What You CAN Do:

  • ✔️ Resell the product as-is or modified.
  • ✔️ Offer it with MRR or PLR to your buyers (unless restricted).

MRR Products – What You CANNOT Do:

  • ❌ Copy or recreate our exact MRR bundles and sell them as your own.
  • ❌ Undercut the original MRR bundle price offered by PLR GO.

Products with No Resell Rights

Some digital products, such as video trainings, courses, or exclusive resources, are sold for personal or business use only. These products may not be edited, resold, shared, or distributed in any form. They will be clearly labeled as “No Resell Rights” on the product page.

Your license is non-transferable and applies only to you as the original purchaser. Violation of these terms may result in permanent account termination and revoked access to all future purchases without refund.

2. Product Delivery

All products are delivered digitally via download links. No physical products will be shipped. You will receive access to your files immediately after successful payment.

3. Lifetime Access

"Lifetime Access" refers to the lifetime of the PLR GO platform. If PLR GO discontinues operations, access to your digital products may no longer be available.

  • Some products include free updates, but PLR GO is not obligated to release new content or updates.
  • We may modify, add, or remove product files at any time without notice.
  • Customers are responsible for downloading and backing up their purchased files. We do not guarantee indefinite hosting.
  • We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of abuse or terms violation.

4. Pricing & Promotional Offers

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to modify pricing, offer limited-time promotions, or run A/B tests to evaluate pricing strategies.

5. Compatibility

Products are primarily designed in Canva or editable formats (PDF, Notion, Excel, etc.). It is the customer’s responsibility to verify software compatibility before purchasing. Not all elements (e.g., fonts, mockups) are included unless explicitly stated.

6. Support

If you experience any issues with your download or file access, please contact us at support@digitalplrgo.com. We offer customer service for technical issues, but we do not customize products upon request.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and delivered.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • You are purchasing a non-tangible digital product with immediate access.
  • You forfeit the right to a refund once the download has been initiated or the product accessed.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your files, please reach out to support@digitalplrgo.com and we will assist you promptly.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any dispute or chargeback filed through PayPal, a bank, or card issuer will result in immediate and permanent account suspension. Access to all purchased content will be revoked with no eligibility for reactivation.

If we choose to approve a refund at our discretion, your license is automatically void, and you may not use, resell, or distribute the product in any way.

9. Product Accuracy & Disclaimer

We make every effort to display and describe our digital products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all content, descriptions, or pricing are error-free or up to date.

PLR GO reserves the right to correct errors, modify product details, and update or discontinue products at any time. Customers should not assume that all visual elements in product previews (e.g., stock photos, fonts, mockups) are included unless explicitly stated.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products, templates, and materials sold on this website are created by our in-house team and are the intellectual property of PLR GO.

When you purchase a product from PLR GO, you are granted a license to use it based on the license type listed on the product page (PLR, MRR, or No Resell Rights). You do not receive ownership of the product itself.

You may not:

  • ❌ Claim copyright or register any product or template as your own intellectual property.
  • ❌ Upload, share, or distribute any products on free download sites or file-sharing platforms.
  • ❌ Offer products marked “No Resell Rights” for resale or public use.
  • ❌ Copy or duplicate PLR GO’s original MRR bundles, marketing preview images, pricing, or positioning.

Please follow the license terms associated with each product, and contact us if you are unsure about permitted usage.

11. Termination

PLR GO reserves the right to terminate or restrict user access at any time without notice if these terms are violated, including unauthorized distribution, refund abuse, or chargeback fraud.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within Harris County, Texas.
